Miracles of Jesus 

Was there a purpose to the miracles of the Lord?  Jesus tells us in Luke 4:18-19 just why He came and what He would do.  Jesus did them all.  He was busy doing His Father’s business.

John sums it all up in John 21:25:

“And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written.”

Since Jesus ascended to be with the Father, the miracles haven’t stopped, in fact they have increased!  There are miracles all around us each day, miracles prepared for us.  What a glorious miracle-working Savior we have in Christ Jesus our Lord! (JW)
