Verse of the Month
“Labor not to be rich.” Proverbs 23:4-5
September 22-30th
Scripture Reading: Hebrews 4:14
Believe and Act
Many times we have asked God for something and while we
wait for it to come, out confession begins to change over what we asked God
for. We begin to barter down on what we
originally asked God to do for us. Our
expectations decrease and we often settle for less.
“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest
who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
confession.
Hebrews 4:14 (NKJV)
If you are waiting for God to do something you asked Him
to do, don’t let the devil steal your confession. Don’t let him talk you out of what you asked
God.
God gives substance that produces tangible evidence when
your faith is mixed with His Word and your unwavering confession. Hold fast to your confession no matter what
things look like in the natural… things are about to change.
“Let us hold fast to our
confession without wavering.” (Hebrews 10:23)
