It Will Be Well

It Will Be Well

“Though a sinner does evil 100 times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him.” (Ecclesiastes 8:12)  

Sometimes we ask questions like, “Why did this great kid have to die, but this grumpy, mean, old man keep on living?” I don’t know why these things seem off balance, but God does. 

The Bible tells us that God’s grace is for all people, but there will be a time when the sinner will be judged.  Those who disregard the Word of God will be punished.  Those who fear God are given the promises that it will be well in the end. 

As we remember our military men and women who have served us well, don’t get discouraged, God is watching and will judge the hearts of men.  Our hope is in the Lord, so let us rejoice in saying:

“It will be well,” when we see Jesus. (CW)
