a child is born,
unto us a Son is given:
and the
government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful,
Counselor.
The mighty
God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."

What Christmas Is Not
Christmas
is not about the gifts that are given or received; it is about the GIFT of a
Christ Child that was given.
Christmas
is not about the sleigh or the snow, but about the manger and the Cross.
Christmas
is not about lights, but about the Light.
Christmas
is not about the words, “Merry Christmas”, but about the Word that became flesh
and dwelt among us.
Christmas
is ultimately about God's family, and that is what Christmas means to God -
Family.
This
Christmas celebrate the true GIFT – Jesus, the Lamb of God who takes away the
sin of the world. That’s what Christmas
really is! (jw/cw)
May the love of God shine
through you,
In all you say and in
all you do.
May His strength and
mercy richly abound,
And His peace from Heaven
be all around. (cw)
“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him,
and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29)
