Hope for A Weary World

If you would have asked me twenty years ago about the conditions of this world, my description surely wouldn't be what we are facing today.  With all that is going on globally, it comes to no surprise to the Lord and knowing that in itself should give us a reason to remain in hope.

As a matter of fact, hope is the mainstay of all we put our faith in if you are a believer in Christ Jesus.  The concept of hope is looking for a reason to keep believing and helps us get to the other side of something.  

Actually, for a Christian, it’s a place holder for faith as we patiently wait on the Lord for guidance.   As the world continues to spin out of control and dwell in confusion, you have a better choice.  Read more on finding hope when you are weary here.

In His Word I Hope

Everyday I hear prayer requests that have been phoned into a radio station.  As each share their situation I pray over their need in hope that God will grant their plea for help.

Some ask for guidance in finding a new job, prayers for healing, housing, finding a mate, seeking forgiveness and strenght to deal with their overwhelming circumstances.  Thankfully with Christ, there is always hope through the gift of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.  Read more on finding hope when all seems lost here.
