Light the Way

Right now, the world seems full of darkness.  People are looking for that light at the end of the tunnel, but are failing to find it.  Hope appears to be lost because of fear.

During times like these it’s even more important that believers be a light that leads the lost to Jesus.  They need to know there is hope.

The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:5-8 that we have not been given fear, but power, love and a sound mind.  It’s our responsibility to share that gift with others through our testimony.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” (Romans 1:16 NKJV)

God has given this gift freely with salvation; we shouldn’t be ashamed to share it with others.  Let us boldly proclaim the message of Christ by lighting the way through the tunnel. (cw)
